SOUND OF INNER CHANGE

Change does not always arrive with noise.

Sometimes, it happens so quietly you almost miss it.

There are no announcements, no applause —
only small decisions made in solitude,
repeated until they become part of who you are.

I stopped waiting for life to feel dramatic.
Growth, I learned, often sounds like silence.

A calmer mind.
A slower reaction.
