THE LONELINESS OF STRENGTH

Strength is often misunderstood.

People think it looks like noise, victory, or recognition. But most of the time, strength looks like silence.

It’s choosing to stand still when everything inside you wants to collapse.
It’s watching, learning, and waiting — alone.

Not everyone will understand your transformation. Some will remember who you used to be and question who you’ve become. That’s the price of growth.

Like a figure standing in the rafters, you don’t always need to fight immediately. Presence alone can be power.

Real strength isn’t loud.
It doesn’t beg to be seen.

It survives.

And survival is a lonely thing
